Our mold cleaning agent is suited for the use to rubber and resin manufacturing mold and aluminum die casting mold.

The cleaning agent can remove the residue, release agent, and oxide film made by vulcanization treatment fast and without damage to the mold's surface.

Moreover, cleaner shows excellent effect, and could be used for degrease cleaning of steel, and stainless.

First, we introduce you the popular rubber mold cleaning agent【SUNECON KR-303】, and rubber mold cleaning machine(spray type) 【SUNECON KR-303H】.

Usage

Instantly removes the carbonized vulcanizing agent and paint remover on the rubber mold. Removes mild red rust as well.

How to use		(1)Over wash Over wash the mold(over 100℃) with undiluted or diluted agent. Wash away the softened dirt by water before drying out. ※Over washed agent coul be repeatedly used. Putting drain mouth and cleaning tank to restore agent is recommended. (2)Immersion washing Put undiluted or diluted agent inside the stainless tank and warm up to 70~100℃. Immerse the mold into agent. Take out the mold and wash away with water after the dirt is seperated. ※ The water will evaporate when heating. Add water to adjust the level. ※ Incase you do not have heating equipment, immersing heated mold (over 100℃) is also available. ※ Brush if necessary when over washing and immersion washing. Cleaning agent for resin manufacturing mold. Used to remove the gas and resin dirt after manufacturing.
KR-6130 does not come under Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act nor Fire Services Act, making it easy to handle.

A detergent developed for electrolytic cleaning device to clean dirt adhesion after molding, steel skim, bavkas, and smut.

Removes stains stuck to the mold up to every corner, by phisically and chemically effecting to them. The detergent does not come under Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act nor Fire Services Act, which enables you to easily handle and manage.

Usage

①Cleaning of mold [Cleaning time: 10~30min each time] (PC, PBT, ABS, PP, PPS, PA, LCP, POM, Phenol resin, etc)

DA－300

Usage

A detergent for aluminum dye-cast. The release agent, aluminum scrap, rust could be dissoluted or removed. DA-300 is dilutable to water, making it economically friendly.

How to use		(1)Immersion washing Immerse the mold (room temperature) into liquid solution in the tank. Aluminum on the mold will be dissoluted with foam. (2)Brushing Brush the aluminum on the mold (room temperature) Repeat brushing when adhesion amount is large. (3)Spraying Use the sprayer to spray the liquid solution. Keep the mold above 100℃ to effectively remove carbonized dirt such as release agent. The mold will dry out quickly, so spray repeatedly and check if it is removed. Be careful if the mold is hot.
Ingredient and cautions		①Alkaline in the DA-300 will dissolute aluminum.Hydrogen gas will be generated when reacing. Use local exhaust ventilation, and ventilate thoroughly in a place without any ignition source. ②Wash off with water thoroughly after cleaning.
