Mold cleaning agent

The SUNECON Mold Cleaning Agent can be used with zinc or aluminum die cast molds or molds for rubber. It is a strong and powerful cleanser that removes adhering dirt, parting agents and oxidized films quickly and easily without damaging molds.

SUNECON KR-303

-This water-soluble cleaning agent is ideal for cleaning steel (or stainless steel) parts and metal rubber molds and for removing carbon.
-It cannot be used with aluminum, zinc or other materials that are dissolved by a strong alkali.
-Waste contains alkali and must be specially handled.

SUNECON KR-6100

-A mild cleaner that is safe and environment - friendly
-As it does not fall under the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Law, it can be used like any other chemical.
-The amount of acid solution required to neutralize the waste is 40% the amount required for KR-303.

Storage after cleaning

SUNECON X 813A helps prevent rust on non-coated molds over the long term. This can be done by immersion or spraying.

About disposal of the mold cleaning agent

Mold cleaning agents such as KR-303 and KR-303H are highly concentrated alkaline solutions.
It contains no substances harmful to the human body but is governed by domestic safety laws. Please add an acid solution to neutralize it before disposal or contact an approved waste disposal agency.
