(1)Spraying

1. Spray a little undiluted or diluted SUNECON KR-303 on the surface of the mold while the mold is hot. As the solution boils from the heat of the mold, it completely cleans off entrenched dirt, release agents, oxidation film and red rust.
2. Once all dirt has been softened or released, rinse with water. It's easy.

(2)Immersion cleansing

1. Fill iron tank or other container with undiluted or diluted SUNECON KR-303. Immerse the mold in the liquid and heat it (not over 95 degrees Celsius), or immerse the mold while it is still hot.
2. After the dirt has been softened or released (two to five minutes), take the mold out and rinse it with water. The temperature of the solution or immersion time can be adjusted depending on how dirty the mold is, so you can use the product in the way that is most economical and efficient for you.

Water soluble cleaning agent

SUNECON A-8100

SUNECON A-8100 is an alkaline cleaning agent that is water soluble and very powerful. SUNECON A-8100 was especially developed to remove entrenched oily dirt on mechanical parts while at the same time not damaging metals or resins.

Cleaning agent for silicone sealant machines

SUNECON R-5520

SUNECON R-5520 is a remover and cleaning agent with non-chlorine solvents that can be used on machines for silicone sealant. Non-chlorine solvents (bromine- or oil-based) have recently begun to replace chlorine-based solvents for silicone sealant machines, but they have disadvantages such as a foul odor and a low flash point. SUNECON R-5520 was developed to solve these problems and improve performance.

SUNECON R-4300

SUNECON R-4300 was developed specifically to remove UV curing adhesives that adhere to optical lenses during processing. You can feel safe using SUNECON R-4300 to remove adhesives from and clean lens surfaces, as it is mild on glass lenses and has no effect on metal ion coating films.

Clean adhesives off glass camera lenses or other optical lenses, including those used in medical equipment.

Coating remover with non-chlorine solvents

SUNECON R-4052E

SUNECON R-4052E is an environment’]friendly immersion-type remover that contains no chlorine solvents such as dichloromethane. Though it is weakly alkaline, it can be used on plating or nonferrous metals such as aluminum without significant side effects.

-Removing paint coatings from heat or UV curing
-Removing inks from heat or UV curing
-Removing adhesives, or cleaning metal molds for resin.
